We will e-mail the chart(s) to you in the format you request.
Each
monthly chart is $50; quarterly charts are $75 and can be ordered by phone or email; annual charts are $100. If you are ordering more
than three charts and only want a portion of the zip codes you may want to
consider a custom report request instead.
